心肌梗塞通常是由于冠状动脉内粥样硬化斑块破裂,导致血栓形成,堵塞血管腔所改。目前,尚不清楚触发心肌梗塞的确切因素。可能与某些造成血儿茶酚胺浓度增高的因素有关,如体位,精神紧张和运动等。为评价这些因素在促发心肌梗塞中的作用,作者对186例确诊为心肌梗塞的病人进行了前瞻性研究。本组病例186例(男149,女37),平均年龄57±12岁。所有病人均有血清CK-MB增高和典型的心肌梗塞心电图改变。病人进入监护病房后,由专人收集病人发病的时间、胸痛发作前30分钟内的有关情况(包括活动情况、精神状态和体位改变)。
Myocardial infarction is usually due to coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture, leading to thrombosis, blocking the vascular lumen changed. At present, it is not clear exactly what triggers myocardial infarction. May be associated with some of the factors that increase blood levels of catecholamines, such as body position, stress and exercise. To assess the role of these factors in promoting myocardial infarction, we prospectively performed 186 patients with a diagnosis of myocardial infarction. The group of 186 cases (male 149, female 37), the average age of 57 ± 12 years old. All patients had elevated serum CK-MB and typical changes in myocardial infarction. After the patient enters the intensive care unit, the patient’s time of onset, the condition within 30 minutes before the onset of the chest pain (including changes in activity, mental state and posture) are collected by hand.
