研究了不同成分高速列车用钢弹簧材料的大气腐蚀性能.腐蚀实验结果表明,若弹簧钢中的Mn含量偏低(0.54%),即使加入0.15%Cu也不能明显改善其耐大气腐蚀性能;但在Mn含量为0.73%~1.05%及Cr含量为0.93%~1.15%的范围内,加入0.15%~0.2%Cu可明显地提高弹簧钢耐大气腐蚀性能.模拟酸雨干湿交替实验结果进一步表明,加入0.15%Cu就可明显改善弹簧钢的耐大气腐蚀性能.
Atmospheric corrosion properties of steel spring materials with different compositions of high-speed trains were studied.The results of corrosion experiments show that the atmospheric corrosion resistance of the steel spring can not be improved obviously even if the content of Mn in the spring steel is low (0.54%); In the range of 0.73% -1.05% of Mn and 0.93% -1.15% of Cr, 0.15% ~ 0.2% Cu can obviously improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance of spring steel. The results of alternating wet and dry simulated acid rain show that, Adding 0.15% Cu can significantly improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance of spring steel.
