(一)农民在土地收革基础上所发扬起来的生产积极性,表現在两个方面:一方面是个体经济的积极性,另方面是互助合作的积极性。农民的这些生产积极性,是迅速恢复和发展国民经济和促进国家工业化的基本因素之一。因此,党对于农村生产的正确领导,具有极重大的意义。(二)解放后农民对于个体经济的稅极性是不可避免的。党充分地了解了农民这种小私有者的特点,并指出不能忽
