经济如果要想达到更高的发展阶段,就需要这个社会培养出更加多的优秀人才,因为经济发展程度越高,对有知识有经验的人才的渴求程度就越高,对教育发展程度的依赖性也就更强。而教育要想发展、就需要具有创新精神的优秀的教师。农村的发展也是如此,将来建设新农村的综合型人才的培养从很大的程度上就依赖乡镇小学的教育管理工作。本文试分析乡镇小学的管理现状,从而探索使乡镇小学得以长期健康发展的管理新策略。
