目的:了解细菌性痢疾疫情爆发原因,查明危险因素,及时控制疫情。方法:通过现场流行病学和卫生学调查,结合患者临床表现和卫生检验结果,采用回顾性队列研究,分析导致疫情爆发的原因。结果:学校开始使用自备井水2天后,学生开始发病,罹患率为4.06%,远高于学校使用自来水期间相同时间段的发病率(0.42%)以及疫情爆发期间周围居民的发病率(0.25%)。结论:该次细菌性痢疾爆发系由使用被宋内志贺菌污染的自备井水而引起的。
Objective: To understand the causes of outbreak of bacterial dysentery, identify risk factors and control the outbreak in time. Methods: Based on field epidemiology and hygiene survey, retrospective cohort studies were conducted to analyze the causes of outbreaks, combining the clinical manifestations and health examination results of patients. Results: Two days after the school started using its own well water, students started to develop disease at an incidence rate of 4.06%, far higher than the incidence rate of residents in the same period of time (0.42%) during the school’s use of running water and 0.25 %). Conclusion: The bacillary dysentery outbreak was caused by the use of self-prepared well water contaminated with Shigella sonnei.
