以丁二醇(BDO),N,N-双(2-羟乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(BES-Na),异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG2000)为原料,采用一步法制备了不同磺酸钠基团含量的聚氨酯湿敏材料,考察了磺酸钠基团的湿敏特性。实验结果表明,磺酸钠基团比例为3%、5%、7%的聚氨酯薄膜几乎无响应特性,比例为9%的聚氨酯薄膜只有在较高的相对湿度条件下才出现响应特性,而比例为15%的聚氨酯薄膜具有较好的响应特性。浸润时间对磺酸钠基团比例较低的聚氨酯薄膜几乎无影响,而磺酸钠基团比例为15%的薄膜在不同浸润时间下就具有明显的区别,在相对湿度逐渐增大的情况下,不同浸润时间的薄膜,阻抗都有明显下降的趋势,浸润时间为3min的薄膜阻抗相对较大,下降的趋势也较大。

The film resistance with a 3-minute immersion time was relatively large and the trend of decline was also larger.
