我院自1989年以来,用青岛第三制药厂生产的藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗脑血栓病,收到较好效果,现报告如下。本组49例,男26例,女23例,年龄35～76岁,病程2小时～3年。急性期30例,恢复期12例,后遗症期7例。本组诊断明确,符合1986年中华医学会第二届全国脑血管病学术会议第三次修订的“各类脑血管病诊断要点”。藻酸双酯钠注射液100～150mg溶于10％GS500ml,滴速为每分钟20滴。每日一次,14天为一疗程。一般治疗二个疗程。每疗程间隔5～7天。疗效结果:急性期显效50％,有效46.67％,总有效率96.67％。恢复期显效16.67％,有效58.33％,总有效率75％。后遗症期有效28.57％。三期总有
