[目的]观察心可舒胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]将72例病例随机分为两组,各36例,两组基本治疗相同,治疗组加服心可舒胶囊,观察比较两组症状、心电图及治疗前后血液流变学变化。[结果]总有效率治疗组为94.44%,对照组为61.11%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]心可舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xinkushu capsule in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. [Method] 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each. The basic treatment of both groups was the same. The treatment group was given XKK capsule. The symptoms, electrocardiogram and hemorheological changes before and after treatment were observed and compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 61.11% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of hemorheology in both groups were significantly improved P <0.05), and the treatment group improved better than the control group. [Conclusion] XKK capsule is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
