The first National Preventive Medicine Conference was held in Jinan City, Spring City from August 19 to February 23, 2002. This is the first grand occasion to prevent medical workers since the founding of People’s Republic of China. Attracted about 150 delegates from all over the country to actively participate in the conference. Vice Minister Ma Xiaowei of the Ministry of Health came to the congress to greet the speech. Nearly 20 academicians were invited to attend the conference to make special reports on the new public health problems that the new century faces. this
