为了获得与公农二号紫花苜蓿匹配的根瘤菌,试验采用15株不同的根瘤菌对公农二号紫花苜蓿进行接种,并对其结瘤和生长指标进行测定。结果表明:接种后,紫花苜蓿的结瘤数和粗蛋白含量比对照组分别提高了67%~933%和1.54%~69.01%;株高和干重分别提高了6.26%~30.79%和85.71%~771.43%。接种根瘤菌可使紫花苜蓿的生长在各个方面都有显著提高,盆栽试验初步筛选出的与紫花苜蓿匹配优良的菌株为NACC1001、NACC1004、NACC1005、DACC2001、DACC2003、HLCC3001、HLCC3002和HLCC3003,田间试验最终选出的优良共生匹配组合为公农2号-HLCC3002。说明苜蓿品种和苜蓿根瘤菌之间存在相互选择性,通过盆栽试验进行初步筛选、再利用田间试验进行复筛可筛选出苜蓿品种和苜蓿根瘤菌的优良共生组合。
In order to obtain rhizobia matched with Gongnong No.2 alfalfa, 15 different rhizobia strains were inoculated with alfalfa Gongnong II and their nodulation and growth indexes were determined. The results showed that after inoculation, the nodulation number and the crude protein content of alfalfa increased 67% -93% and 1.54% -69.01% respectively compared with the control group; the plant height and dry weight increased by 6.26% -30.79% and 85.71% ~ 771.43%. Inoculation with rhizobia could significantly improve the growth of alfalfa in all respects. The best strains of potted alfalfa were NACC1001, NACC1004, NACC1005, DACC2001, DACC2003, HLCC3001, HLCC3002 and HLCC3003. Selected good symbiotic matching combination for the public agricultural 2 - HLCC3002. The results showed that there was mutual selectivity between alfalfa varieties and Rhizobium meliloti, and preliminary screening by pot experiment and re-screening by field test could screened excellent symbiotic combinations of alfalfa and alfalfa rhizobia.
