小鼠口服(PO)抗毒丸848可显著增加巨噬细胞,天然杀伤细胞活性,并诱生血清干扰素。该药虽然不影响小鼠脾细胞分泌溶血素量,但显著提高流感病毒血清中和抗体的滴度。抗毒丸848不能恢复环磷酰胺对小鼠DTH反应的抑制,体外抑制ConA活化的脾淋巴细胞转化率,但体内却一定程度地增加~3H-TdR的参入率。本试验表明抗毒丸848能提高小鼠非特异免疫功能及部分体液和细胞免疫功能,这些结果不仅证明该复方中扶正药的药理作用,也可部分揭示其抗病毒感染的机理。
Mice Oral (PO) anti-poison pill 848 can significantly increase macrophages, natural killer cell activity, and induce serum interferon. Although the drug does not affect the secretion of hemolysin in mouse splenocytes, it significantly increases the titer of serum neutralizing antibodies in influenza virus. Anti-poison pill 848 can not restore cyclophosphamide DTH response inhibition in mice, in vitro inhibition of ConA activation of splenic lymphocyte transformation rate, but in vivo to a certain extent, increase the rate of ~ 3H-TdR incorporation. This experiment shows that anti-poison pill 848 can improve mice non-specific immune function and some humoral and cellular immune function, these results not only demonstrate the pharmacological effects of Fuzheng medicine in the compound, but also partially reveal the mechanism of antiviral infection.
