五年前,原中央工艺美术学院并入清华大学。五年来,双方优势互补,在学科建设、人才培养等方面取得了积极进展。美术学院以“强化优势,扶植新兴,提高水平,争创一流“为总体思路,以教学改革为先导,近年来加强了学科内部的综合和艺术与科学的融合,形成了适应社会发展需求的新学科结构和教学体制。近日,本刊记者采访了清华大学美术学院院长王明旨教授,他对美术学院在这五年之中的发展进行了总结,介绍了一些具体情况和经验,以及学校的办学思想和方针,并做出了对新一年的展望。
