目的:了解中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及相关因素,为临床使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:对我院近2年有关中药注射剂ADR25例报告进行分类统计,分析ADR发生规律及特点。结果:中药注射剂是诱发ADR的主要剂型,本组ADR表现以皮肤及其附件损害和寒战、高热为主,共21例次占84.00%,涉及药物4个品种。结论:中药应提倡采取口服给药途径,慎用注射剂,加强对中药注射剂型ADR的监测与相关研究,提高临床用药的安全性。
Objective: To understand the incidence and related factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR) of traditional Chinese medicine injections, and provide reference for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods: A total of 25 cases of ADR injections in our hospital during the past 2 years were classified and analyzed. The regularity and characteristics of ADR were analyzed. RESULTS: Traditional Chinese medicine injection was the main dosage form inducing ADR. The ADR manifestation of this group was skin and its attachment damage, chills, and high fever. A total of 21 cases accounted for 84.00%, involving 4 drugs. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine should promote oral administration, use injections with caution, strengthen the monitoring and related research of traditional Chinese medicine injection type ADR, and improve the safety of clinical medication.
