本文报告国产Ceftazidime对445株重庆地区致病菌体外抗菌活性的研究,并与英国Glaxo公司的Ceftazidime进行比较.结果显示,国产品与进口品对20属共445株致病菌的MIC和MBC范围一致,抑菌率分别为91.2%和92.6%.对沙门氏菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌及哈夫尼亚杆菌显示高度的抗菌活性,MIC_(90)分别为0.03、0.03、0.25和0.125μg/ml.本药对其它肠道阴性杆菌及绿脓杆菌也具有较好的抗菌作用,但对粪链球菌和不动杆菌的作用欠佳.本研究为该药的临床应用提供参考.
