采用内镜下发圈套扎治疗食管静脉曲张18例，其中15例为急诊止血治疗，平均每人每次音扎6.7点。术后1年、18例均未有再出血及并发症。提示内镜下皮圈套扎治疗食管静脉曲张疗效显著。
Eighteen cases of esophageal varices were treated with endoscopic laparoscopy, among them, 15 cases were treated by emergency hemostasis, with an average of 6.7 points per tone. One year after operation, there were no rebleeding and complications in 18 cases. Tip endoscopic dermal ligation treatment of esophageal varices significant effect.
