近年来,由于技术改造任务加重,能源、原材料涨价,工资性支出增加,折旧费用上升,利率相对提高等原因,工业企业普遍面临成本上升和营业外支出膨胀的压力。在这种情况下,建材工业由于能源消耗量大,设备陈旧,工艺落后,能源浪费严重等问题,承受着更大的压力。因此,如何增强建材工业的“自我消化”能力和承受能力,成为全行业所普遍关注的问题。企业的“自我消化”能力是指依靠企业自身的技术经济力量,依靠企业提高经营管理水平和挖掘内部潜力,将上述不利因素所引起的成本增加予以抵销的能力。那么,建材工业的潜力何在?从以下几方面可以看出:
