教学用工业机器人满足人才教育的初衷。模块化设计让学生能够亲自组装,并能根据需要快速组成不同自由度,完成不同作业目的(如负载和工作空间要求)的机器人,提高学生动手能力,并深刻了解机器人的原理。因此教学机器人功能模块的合理划分,以及设计功能模块的标准机械、电气、通讯接口是机器人产品的一个独特理念。同时面向以高职实训、操作工程实践为目的的模块化教学机器人,针对高职层次和操作岗位需求,满足高职人才培养目标。
Teaching industrial robots to meet the original intention of talent education. The modular design allows students to assemble themselves and quickly assemble robots with different degrees of freedom to accomplish different tasks (such as load and work space requirements) as needed, improve student hands-on skills, and gain a deep understanding of the robot’s principles. Therefore, the rational division of the functional modules of the teaching robot and the standard mechanical, electrical and communication interfaces for designing the functional modules are a unique concept of the robot products. At the same time, it aims at the modular teaching robot aimed at vocational training and engineering practice to meet the needs of higher vocational level and operational positions to meet the higher vocational personnel training objectives.
