一、总的情况自从今年二月份全市青工工作会议决定开展职工技术学习以后,全市一部份较大工厂的技术学习运动普遍展开,截止目前统计,已有各种不同形式的技术学习组织的工厂三十九个。经常保持技术学习的工友共有二、一九三人,比二月份时统计增加了五倍以上。订立师徒合同的工厂共有十五个,共订了二一四个合同,参加学习的徒工共三一九人。建立学习班(或组)者共有三十二个工厂,有一、八三四个工友参加学习,大部为机械工业及修理部门的工友。全市性的技术讲座举办过二次,共有一·○○○人参加。中纺一厂举办过七次车间技术讲座;还有个别单位试办过先进生产经验交流会。
