刑事和解的主体包括被害人、加害人、调解人、司法机关和其他参与人。刑事和解可以适用于所有侵犯个人法益的犯罪,对于侵犯社会和国家法益的犯罪,如涉及到侵害个人法益的,也可以适用刑事和解。
The subjects of criminal reconciliation include victims, perpetrators, mediators, the judiciary and other participants. Criminal reconciliation can be applied to all crimes that infringe upon the legal interests of individuals. Criminal offenses that infringe the law and interests of society and the state may also apply to criminal reconciliation if it involves violations of the law of individuals.
