(1997年7月—9月)8月19日,深圳宝日公司因欠税款及罚款等总额1.2亿元,其拥有的高尔夫球场土地10年使用权及其附属设施在深圳被拍卖。自1997年10月1日起,中国再次大幅度降低进口关税税率,涉及现行税则6633个税号商品中的4874个税号的商品,降幅达26%。今年4月至6月,中国警方在各地禁毒专项斗争中,新办强制戒毒所187个,强制戒毒近3万人,破获各类毒品违法犯罪案件39015起。1979年至1996年,中国利用24个国家和机构的贷款共356亿美元,重点支持了交通运输、能源、原材料、邮电通讯等基础设施和基础产业。
(July-September 1997) On 19 August, Baoji Company of Shenzhen was auctioned in Shenzhen for a total of 120 million yuan due to over-owed taxes and fines and the ten-year land use right of its own golf course land and its ancillary facilities. Since October 1, 1997, China once again substantially reduced the import tariffs on goods, involving 4874 tariff lines among the 6,633 tariff lines of the current tariff, a decrease of 26%. From April to June this year, in a special anti-drug campaign in various parts of the country, the Chinese police newly instituted 187 mandatory drug rehabilitation centers, forced 30,000 drug rehabilitation and cracked 39015 criminal cases of various types of drugs.
