本文就HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisense intergenic RNA,HOTAIR)、H19、肺腺癌转移相关转录子1(metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript l,MALAT1)等促癌相关lncRNAs,Epist等抑癌相关lncRNAs,边缘系统相关膜蛋白反义RNA3(limbicsystem-associated membrane protein antisense RNA3,LOC285194)及人类BOK反义RNA1(BOK antisense RNA 1,BOKAS1)等放化疗相关lncRNAs在食管癌中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a class of RNA molecules with a length of more than 200 nucleotides and no protein encoding function, which participates in the epigenetic, transcriptional, and posttranscriptional levels of esophageal cancer cells. The regulation of gene expression plays a role in carcinogenesis or tumor suppressor genes in the process of tumorigenesis, development, infiltration, and metastasis. In this article, the tumor-associated lncRNAs such as HOX transcript antisense intergenic RNA (HOTAIR), H19, metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1), et al. The research progress of the role of radiotherapy and chemotherapy-related lncRNAs in the esophageal cancer such as limbic system-associated membrane protein antisense RNA3 (LOC285194) and human BOK antisense RNA (BOKAS1) was reviewed.
