郝旭东 1959年生于北京。1986年毕业于中央工艺美术学院,同年在中国服装研究设计中心从事服装设计工作。1991年赴美国纽约学习服装设计与艺术。1993年在中国服装研究设计中心从事中国服装流行趋势研究。1999年开始设计了《春节》《科技成果》《祖国边陲风光》《防震减灾》《中国工农红军长征胜利70周年》(获最佳邮票)《第二次全国土地调查》《抗震救灾众志成城》等邮票。2002年担任邮票印制局图稿编辑部艺术总监,2005年担任邮票印制局邮票设计室艺术总监至今。
Hao Xudong was born in Beijing in 1959. In 1986 graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and crafts, the same year in China Fashion Research and Design Center engaged in garment design work. In 1991 to New York to study costume design and art. In 1993, China Fashion Research and Design Center engaged in the study of Chinese fashion trends. Starting from 1999, “Spring Festival” “Scientific and Technological Achievements” “Frontier Scene of the Motherland” “Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction” “70th Anniversary of Victory of Long March of Chinese Workers and Peoples Red Army” won the “Best Stamps” “The Second National Land Survey” “Earthquake Prevention and Relief All Together” stamp. In 2002, he was the artistic director of the editorial office of the Stamp Printing Bureau and the artistic director of the stamp design office of the Stamp Office in 2005.
