本文简要地介绍了用APPLE—Ⅱ微型机开发的数控编程系统HZAPT—1的功能、结构及特点。讨论了系统中关于列表曲线及非圆曲线的数学处理,文中提出了关于列表曲线端点的控制方法以及非圆曲线的简易逼近方法。编程系统在武汉机床厂、长虹模具厂、武汉手表厂等工厂的光学曲线磨床、线切割机床上实际使用表明,采用上述系统对于解决列表曲线及非圆曲线的零件自动编程,使用方便,精度高,易于推广,大大提高了数控自动编程的效率。HZAPT—1系统与进口的日本富士通FAPT—CUT软件系统相比较,功能强,但价格要低很多。
This article briefly introduces the function, structure and characteristics of HZAPT-1, a numerical control programming system developed by APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer. The mathematical treatment of list curve and non-circular curve in the system is discussed. In this paper, the control method of list curve endpoint and the simple approximation method of non-circular curve are proposed. Programming System Optical curve grinder in Wuhan Machine Tool Plant, Changhong Mold Factory, Wuhan Watch Factory, etc. The actual use on optical cutting grinder and wire-cutting machine tool shows that the above system is used to automatically program the list curve and non-circular curve parts, easy to use and high precision , Easy to promote, greatly improving the efficiency of CNC automatic programming. HZAPT-1 system and imported Fujitsu FAPT-CUT software system compared to powerful, but the price is much lower.
