近年来,我国人民的物质文化生活水平了有了较大程度的提高,汽车对人们来说已不再是奢侈品,而是做为一种消费品走进寻常百姓家。汽车即然作为一种消费品,那么随着人们使用年限的增加,其所产生的质量问题也会越来越多,所以对其进行维修是必不可少的。汽车维修作为汽车产业链中非常重要的一部分,其维修质量与消费者的利益息息相关,同时因为汽车不同于其他消费品,其作为一种交通工具,所以维修质量还会影响道路交通的安全。现针对当前汽车维修时存在的质量问题及消费者的应对措施进行了分析,并进一步对汽车检测维修技术发展前景进行了阐述。
In recent years, the material and cultural life of our people has been greatly improved. The automobile is no longer a luxury for people, but a home for ordinary people as a kind of consumer goods. As a car now consumer goods, then as people use more years, the quality problems arising will also be more and more, so to repair it is essential. As a very important part of the automobile industry chain, vehicle maintenance is closely related to consumers’ interests because of its quality of maintenance. Since vehicle is different from other consumer goods as a kind of transportation, the quality of maintenance will also affect the safety of road traffic. Nowadays, the quality problems existed in the current automobile repair and the countermeasures of the consumers are analyzed, and the development prospects of the automobile inspection and maintenance technology are further expounded.
