本文就真空下搅拌石膏浆料及灌制石膏型时,真空度对浆料中气体含量的减少以及浆料对蜡模的包覆充填作用进行了研究,并提出了合理的真空度工艺参数。按此参数控制所制得的石膏型浇铸出的铸件表面光洁度好。 在大气环境中搅拌石膏浆料、灌制石膏铸型,由于浆料中存在大量气体以及蜡模凹槽,拐角等处气体对浆料充填的反作用,使得铸件表面往往存在突出物,如“铝豆”、“结疤”(如图6、7)。消除这种缺陷的措施一是在大气环境下灌制石膏型时边浇灌石膏浆料边拿着直浇道蜡棒上下运动。但这种方法对小铸件有效,对比较大的铸件却无能为力。另一方法是在真空下搅拌石膏浆料、灌制铸型〔1〕。那么搅拌浆料和灌制铸型时真空度多高为好?对铸件表面缺陷消除的有效性如何?所见文献中均未给出,这正是本文所要解决的问题。
In this paper, vacuum mixing gypsum slurry and pouring gypsum type, the degree of vacuum on the reduction of gas content in the slurry and the slurry on the wax mold coating and filling were studied, and proposed a reasonable degree of vacuum process parameters. Press this parameter control gypsum castings castings obtained good surface finish. However, this method is effective for small castings, compared with larger castings can do nothing. Another method is to stir gypsum slurry under vacuum, pouring mold [1]. So stirring slurry and casting mold when the high degree of vacuum is good? Elimination of casting surface defects how effective? See the literature are not given, which is the problem to be solved in this article.
