党的十七大报告指出,要坚持正确用人导向,按照德才兼备注重实绩、群众公认原则选拔干部,提高选人用人公信度。全国组织工作会议进一步强调,要深化干部人事制度改革,在提高选人用人公信度上不断取得新进步。为了更好地贯彻落实党的十七大和全国全省组织工作会议精神,推动我省对干部人事制度改革的探索和研究不断走向深入,本刊与省委组织部研究室从本期开始联合开展“提高选人用人公信度”征文活动。稿件内容:重点反映全省各级党组织在深化干部人事制度改革,提高选人用人公信度实践中的创新经验和做法;来稿要求:每篇稿件为3000字以内;征文活动时间:4月至12月。征文结束后,将聘请有关专家对刊发稿件进行评奖。
