企业筹资指的是在企业的生产经营中,企业因为自身发展所需或是调节产业结构的需求,进行对外扩张,通过各种方式途径,从外获得资金的一种行为。企业在筹资过程中会遇到不同的风险,这种风险统称为筹资风险。筹资风险是企业筹资过程中遇到的一大难题,如何有效解决筹资风险,并有效利用筹资为企业带来的益处成为企业筹资讨论的重点。下面我们就企业在筹资过程中可能遇到的筹资风险进行相关讨论,并对其解决方案进行探讨。
