青海省有许多发展羊肉生产的有利条件,但它有一些较难克服的限制因子。今后发展羊肉生产要加大科学研究和技术推广力度;强化畜牧业发展规划,加快体系建设;坚持羔羊肉生产和加强人工授精技术;以市场为导向发展畜牧业生产。
There are many favorable conditions for the development of mutton production in Qinghai Province, but it has some limiting factors that are difficult to overcome. The future development of mutton production should increase scientific research and technology promotion efforts; strengthen the planning of animal husbandry development, speed up system construction; adhere to the lamb meat production and strengthen artificial insemination technology; market-oriented livestock husbandry production.
