前言 从1980年初开展高速摄影予测活动以来,得到所内外同志的大力支持,在历时10个月的时间里,先后有11个单位、29位同志参加了这项活动。他们就国内外高速摄影的发展水平。动向进行了评论和予测,特别是对国内现存的问题、今后的努力方向等问题,提出了宝贵的意见。我们开展这项活动的目的,在于推动高速摄影界的学术讨论。我们希望通过这样的讨论和交流,为有关方面在考虑全国的或本单位的具体工作时,提供一些原始的参考材
Introduction Since the launch of the high-speed photography and forecasting activities in early 1980, we have received the strong support of both domestic and foreign comrades. During the 10-month period, 11 units and 29 comrades participated in the activity. They are high-speed photography at home and abroad the level of development. And made comments and predictions on the development of the economy. In particular, they put forward valuable opinions on the existing problems in the country and the future direction of their efforts. The purpose of our activity is to promote the academic discussion in the high-speed photographic industry. We hope that through such discussions and exchanges, some original reference materials will be provided for the consideration of the specific work of the whole country or our own units
