It is known that vitamin D and its active metabolite 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_2 (1,25 (OH) _2D_3) play an important role in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, but its effect on the metabolism of magnesium is unknown. In this paper, Vit D lacking rats a certain amount of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 and 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_3 (24,25 (OH) _2D_3) to observe the impact of magnesium metabolism in mice. Male rats weighing 90-100 g were fed with free access to water and food containing (mg / 100 g) Ca = 600, Mg = 30, P = 100, and a standard vitamin D-free mixture. Forty days later, rats showed rickets. Rats were divided into 4 groups. Ⅰ
