幼儿园转岗教师是我国当前为了实现教师资源统筹分配,大力发展学前教育事业,弥补幼儿教师不足的现状而出现的一种新型幼儿教师形式。如何转变转岗教师工作理念,提升其职业技能,形成新的职业认同,并在此基础上充分发挥转岗教师丰富的经验,培养一批合格、突出、优秀的教师成为一个不能回避的问题。本文试图通过情感引导这一途径,利用“热爱幼儿”、“热爱工作”、“热爱自己”的梯度情感教育,使得教师在职业技能、专业成长、职业认同三个维度实现转变和提升,从而为学前教育师资队伍的成长和壮大提供积极的影响和帮助。
