２００２年２月８日,吉林省电力有限公司２００２年发电生产工作会议在长春电力宾馆召开。省公司副总经理张立志、副总工程师关振林、省电力工会王立国部长出席了会议;省公司机关各有关部门、龙华公司和各发电企业主管生产的副厂长(副经理)参加了会议。会议由省公司生产部副主任刘云贵同志主持,发电处张永清同志对２００１年发电生产工作进行了全面的总结、具体部署了２００２年发电生产工作、表彰了２００１年度无漏泄电厂和１００ＭＷ及以上红旗机组、并进行了分组讨论,最后由关振林副总工程师对会议进行了总结。
On February 8, 2002, the power generation and production work conference of Jilin Province Electric Power Co., Ltd. was held in Changchun Electric Power Hotel. Zhang Lizhi, deputy general manager of the provincial company, Guan Zhenlin, deputy chief engineer, and Wang Liguo, the provincial power trade union minister attended the meeting. Provincial government agencies and relevant departments, Longhua Company and the deputy director (deputy manager) of each power generation company’s production attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Liu Yungui, deputy director of the provincial company’s production department. Comrade Zhang Yongqing of the company’s power generation department made a comprehensive summary of the power production work in 2001, specifically deployed the power generation production work in 2002, and commended the 2001 non-leakage power plant and the red flag of 100MW and above. The crew and group discussions were held. Finally, the Deputy Chief Engineer Guan Zhenlin summed up the meeting.
