Liu Laozhuang Township is located 28 kilometers northwest of Huaiyin District, Huaian City, Jiangsu Province. It is the place where the New Fourth Army 82 martyrs gloriously died in martyrdom during the Anti-Japanese War and the provincial patriotism education base.
