1 Overview of the overall development of the cement industry and bulk cement industry in the province in 2016 1) Overview of the cement industry The province has a total of 162 cement production enterprises, of which 49 are designed with a production capacity of 1.5 million tons/year or more; the annual cement production is 159,042,200 tons. The year-on-year decrease was 8.961 million tons, an increase of -5.43%; following the increase of -1.9% in 2015, it has been negative for two consecutive years. 2) Overview of Bulk Cement Industry The cement bulk rate in the province was 63.58%, an increase of 5.85 percentage points year-on-year, which is higher than the national average.
