改革开放以来,内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗的民族教 育取得了辉煌成就。2000年实现“两基”达标, 素质教育全面推进,但也存在教育总体水平不高、 发展不平衡、一些乡镇对民族教育重视不够等问 题。进入新世纪以后,民族教育面临着新的挑战, 改革与发展的任务比较艰巨。 为了全面贯彻党的教育方针,大力推进民族教 育的改革和发展,从2002年6月起,历时近两年, 我们到4个鄂伦春聚居乡镇(托河、古里、诺敏、 乌鲁布铁)和大杨树、阿里河两镇的10所小学和5所 中学进行了民族教育调研,召开有学校领导参加的 教师座谈会、鄂伦春族学生座谈会30场。
Since the reform and opening up, ethnic education in Inner Mongolia Oroqen Autonomous Banner has achieved brilliant achievements. In 2000, “Two Basics” was achieved and quality-oriented education was promoted in an all-round way. However, there were problems such as low level of education in general, unbalanced development and insufficient attention paid by some townships to national education. After entering the new century, ethnic education is facing new challenges, and the task of reform and development is arduous. In order to fully implement the party’s education policy and vigorously promote the reform and development of ethnic education, from June 2002 onwards, it took nearly two years for us to go to four towns and villages that have populated Oroqen (Tuhe, Guri, Nomin and Urupud) And 10 large elementary schools and 5 secondary schools in Dayehu and Ali rivers. Ethnic education research was conducted and teachers’ forums attended by school leaders and 30 seminars held by Oroqen students were held.
