1900年第二国际巴黎大会通过的考茨基决议案的性质问题,是一个引起颇多争议的问题。笔者最近有机会看到沈德良同志的文章《对考茨基决议案的重新评价》(以下简称沈文),感到沈文虽然提出了很有启发性的见解,但得出了决议案是正确的结论,笔者对之很难赞同。本文拟就此问题略陈浅见,与沈文商榷并求教于史学界同行。
The nature of the Kautsky resolution passed at the Second Paris International Conference in 1900 is a matter that has caused much controversy.
