在教育教学中,课堂教学是一种最普遍的方式。它是教师给学生传授知识和技能的过程,也称“班级授课制”。我国目前普遍是班级授课制,班级授课制的主要依据是:在同一年龄段,学生的身心发展大体上是相同的。但客观上,几十个学生组成的班级,学生之间是存在差异的。在随班就读的班级中这个差异就更大。课堂教学是教学的主渠道,追求高效率是课堂教学的目标。让每个学生都能最大限度地提升就是高效率。
In education, classroom teaching is one of the most common ways. It is the process by which teachers teach students knowledge and skills, also known as “classroom instruction”. At present, our country is generally a class system, the main basis for the class system is: in the same age group, the physical and mental development of students in general is the same. However, objectively, there are differences between classes and students composed of dozens of students. This difference is even greater in the class of attending classes.
