最近,中央七部门联合出台稳定住房价格意见后,房价走势成为大家关注的焦点。5月22日,建设部副部长刘志峰在接受采访时表示,新政出台后,国内房价增长幅度和房地产交易量都将会逐渐下降。近两年,国内房地产价格一直上扬,去年更出现了两位数增幅。过去商品房供应结构不合理,市场秩序比较混乱等因素,推动了房价上涨。现在全国各地推出了相应的政策抑制房地产价格的过快增长,取得明显的效果。我们期待着未来中国房地产市场价格能够合理的调控,房价基本趋向稳定。
