目前,国有企业改革已进入攻坚阶段,把握青年职工对国企改革的态度,坚定他们对国企改革的信心,对顺利推进国企改革和发展十分重要。为了真实地了解青年职工对国企改革的总体评价和心理预期,本篇调查结果对反映我省国有大中型企业青年职工的基本情况具有一定的代表性。对此,笔者建议国有企业的管理者和青年工作者应针对本企业青年职工的具体情况,加强对青年职工的岗位培训工作,提高青年职工的素质要立足于企业目前的需要,更应放眼于企业的未来发展。
At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered a crucial stage. Grasping the attitude of young workers toward the reform of state-owned enterprises and strengthening their confidence in the reform of state-owned enterprises are very important for the smooth promotion of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. In order to truly understand the overall evaluation and psychological expectations of the young staff and workers on state-owned enterprise reform, the findings of this survey are representative of the basic conditions of young workers and staff in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in our province. In this regard, I propose that managers and young workers in state-owned enterprises should focus on the specific conditions of their young workers, strengthen their job training for young workers and improve the quality of young workers based on the current needs of the enterprises, but should also look at The future development of enterprises.
