目的分析并评价我院2008～2010年口服降糖药物应用现状,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法从医院药库计算机数据系统调取2008～2010年间我院所用的口服降糖药物的品种和金额等数据进行统计学分析。结果三年来我院口服降糖药物总体销售额成增长趋势,其中磺酰脲类和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂销售金额及构成比一直稳居前2位,且远高于其他类,而格列吡嗪是临床使用频率最高。结论我院口服降糖药物临床应用较为合理。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application status of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital from 2008 to 2010, and provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods The data of oral hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were retrieved from the computerized data system of the hospital pharmacy for statistical analysis. Results The total sales of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital increased in the past three years. The sales amount and composition ratio of sulfonylureas and α-glucosidase inhibitors were the top two, and far higher than those in other categories Pyrazin is the most frequently used in clinical practice. Conclusion The clinical application of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is more reasonable.
