有的企业在高速扩张的时候轰然倒塌,怆然退出历史和经济的舞台：有点企业正踌躇满志,图谋着向全国乃至世界的发展；更多的企业则是战战兢兢,挣扎在生死存亡的边缘。据统计,我国大型集团公司的寿命在6-8年,一般中小企业只有3-4年,民营企业的平均寿命为2．9年,远低于欧洲和日本企业平均寿命(12．5年)。中国企业成长之路是如此坎坷!我们有必要回归企业成长的基本问题,即对企业成长的义理做出耙梳整理,这样才有利于认识和实现企业的持续生存和增长、发展。
Some enterprises collapsed at a time of high-speed expansion and suddenly retreated from the stage of history and economy: some enterprises are complacent and are plotting to make progress toward the rest of the country and even the world; more enterprises are trembling and struggling on the verge of life and death. According to statistics, the life expectancy of large group companies in China is between 6 and 8 years. Generally, SMEs only have 3-4 years. The average life expectancy of private enterprises is 2.9 years, much lower than the average life expectancy of European and Japanese enterprises (12.5 years) . It is necessary for us to return to the basic problem of business growth. That is, we need to sort out the rationale of business growth so that we can understand and realize the sustainable growth, growth and development of enterprises.
