随着社会经济高速发展,近几年来国内矿山企业不断改进生产工艺,降低生产成本,扩大生产规模,超高超大跨钢构件工程在矿山工厂建设中得到广泛应用,尤其是原材料输送,经常跨越野外深沟、山坡地形,狭小的场地,如何经济合理、安全地完成构件吊装、安装,造成了很大难度,针对工程特点,对钢桁架的制作安装技术进行了研究。
