论述了一种以PowerPC750作为硬件架构的中央处理器模块在线检测技术,利用模块自身运行的启动、加载检测程序和VxWorks实时操作系统的调试工具完成高集成度复杂电路板故障的在线检查与测试。相比传统的离线测试方法,在线检测技术不仅能够更加准确、快速地定位故障:而且可以避免离线测试时对电路板再造成二次损伤。
This paper discusses an on-line detection technology of CPU module based on PowerPC750. The online testing and testing of highly integrated and complex circuit board faults is accomplished by using the self-running startup of module, loading detection program and debugging tools of VxWorks real-time operating system. Compared to traditional off-line testing methods, online testing technology can not only locate faults more accurately and quickly, but also avoid secondary damage to circuit boards during off-line testing.
