美术教师专业知识在美术学科与人文知识、美术课程知识、美术教学知识和美术教师反思能力等几个方面。通过对 S 市4名中小学美术教师的课堂教学模式的观察和专业成长的访谈,以研究者自身为研究工具,分析、研究美术教师专业知识的来源、发展和教学运用状况,进而探讨课堂环境中关术教师在专业知识方面应该知道什么,应该如何表达以及为什么这样表达等问题。
Art teacher professional knowledge in the arts and humanities knowledge, art curriculum knowledge, art teaching knowledge and art teacher reflection ability in several aspects. Through the observation of classroom teaching patterns of four elementary and middle school art teachers in S city and the interviews of professional growth, the researchers used the research tools of themselves to analyze and study the sources, development, and teaching conditions of the artistic knowledge of the art teachers, and then discussed the classroom environment. What teachers in Zhongguanshu should know in terms of professional knowledge, how they should be expressed and why they should be expressed.
