目的调查研究当前医科大学新生的心理健康状况。方法使用中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)对医科大学新生进行筛查。结果新生心理健康状况存在明显的性别差异(P<0.05)。不同家庭所在地的学生的心理健康状况有显著不同(P<0.01)。独生子女与非独生子女的心理健康状况存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论医科大学女生的整体心理健康状况明显低于男生。生长在大城市的学生的心理健康水平明显好于来自中小城市、小城镇和农村的学生;来自农村的学生较之其他3类家庭所在地的学生更易产生各类心理问题。非独生子女的心理健康整体水平普遍低于独生子女。
Objective To investigate the current mental health of freshmen in medical university. Methods The freshmen of medical college were screened by the China College Students Mental Health Scale (CCSMHS). Results There was a significant gender difference in freshmen’s mental health status (P <0.05). The mental health status of students from different families was significantly different (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the mental health of only children and non-only children (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall mental health status of female students in medical college is obviously lower than that of boys. The mental health of students who grew up in big cities was significantly better than that of students from small and medium cities, small towns and rural areas. Students from rural areas were more likely to have various psychological problems than those from other three families. The overall level of mental health of non-only children is generally lower than the only child.
