当前新课改的核心理念是“一切为了每一位学生的发展”。那么新课改的改是改什么呢?总结起来8个字:转变、建立、彰显、提高。即转变我们教师教学方式、学生学习方法,建立师生学习共同体,彰显多元、开放、包容的课堂教学文化,最终提高课堂教学效率和育人质量。新课改提出实施多年,困难重重,高中尤为明显。针对以上问题我从推进难点、解决措施、整体规划三方面展开。首先,推进难点。“其1”课堂改革节奏快与教师观念转变慢矛盾。
The core concept of the current new curriculum reform is “everything for every student’s development”. Then the new curriculum reform is to change what? Sum up the 8 words: change, build, highlight, improve. That is to say, we should change our teachers ’teaching methods and students’ learning methods, establish a teacher-student learning community, highlight a diverse, open and inclusive classroom teaching culture, and ultimately improve classroom teaching efficiency and educating people. The new curriculum reform put forward for many years, many difficulties, especially in high school. In view of the above problems, I push forward the difficulties, solutions and overall planning in three aspects. First, push forward the difficulty. “The 1 ” classroom reform fast paced change contradictory with teachers.
