对于市场经济发展来说,不动产有着十分重要的意义,对国家经济安全有着极大的影响。随着房地产经济的发展和进步,使得整个金融领域都得到了一定的发展。在不动产交易制度背景下,公证制度具有十分重要的意义。在市场经济的发展当中,具有非常重要的危机预防作用。本文以此为背景,对不动产交易危机预防、公证制度的宏观指导和微观规范、以及对金融体系安全的保障等内容进行分析,进而探讨了市场经济中公证制度的危机预防作用。
For the development of market economy, real estate has a very important meaning and has a tremendous impact on the country’s economic security. With the development and progress of the real estate economy, the entire financial sector has made some progress. In the real estate transaction system background, the notary system is of great significance. In the development of market economy, it has a very important role in crisis prevention. Based on this, this article analyzes the prevention of real estate transaction crisis, the macro guidance and micro-normative of notary system and the security of the financial system, and then explores the crisis prevention effect of the notary system in the market economy.
