通过细胞酶免疫测定法测定了胃上皮细胞与HP、E·coli、空肠弯曲菌的结合情况,结果表明胃上皮细胞与HP有较高的结合力,显著高于E·coli、空肠弯曲菌组(P<0.05).在HP低浓度时,反应OD值随加入菌量的增加而递增,当菌量达10~6~10~7/ml时,OD值不再递增,提示HP与胃上皮细胞的结合呈饱和性、特异性.HP与肝、肠和粘膜细胞结合力低下(P<0.05),提示HP感染具有组织定向世.
The binding of gastric epithelial cells to HP, E. coli and Campylobacter jejuni was determined by the enzyme immunoassay. The results showed that gastric epithelial cells had higher binding capacity with HP, which was significantly higher than that of E. coli and Campylobacter jejuni (P <0.05). At the low concentration of HP, the OD value of the reaction increased with the increasing of the amount of bacteria, and the OD value no longer increased when the bacteria volume reached 10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ 7 / ml, The binding of cells was saturated and specific, and the binding ability of HP with liver, intestine and mucosal cells was low (P <0.05), suggesting that HP infection has tissue orientation.
