中学各科教学大纲是国家教委根据各学科教学计划,以纲要的形式,对教学目的、教学原则、教学内容与要求等作出明确规定的教学指导性文件。它是编写教材,指导教学工作乃至检查评估教学质量的基本依据。但是,我们通过多次调查发现,在许多学校尤其是农村中学,教学大纲并没有发挥其应有的作用。有些教师认为,学习钻研教学大纲是教材编写者、考试命题者和教学研究机构的事,与已无关;还有不少教师认为教学大纲“空
The syllabus for high school subjects is a teaching guideline that clearly stipulates the teaching objectives, teaching principles, teaching contents and requirements of the State Education Commission according to the teaching plans of various disciplines and in the form of outline. It is the basic basis for the preparation of teaching materials, instructional work and even check and assess the quality of teaching.
