目的:探讨BRMS1mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用Trizol提取组织总RNA,将mRNA转录成cDNA,然后用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RFQ-PCR)技术检测乳腺组织BRMS1mR-NA表达,以BRMS1mRNA和GAPDHmRNA含量的比值表示BRMS1表达水平。结果:乳腺癌组织中BRMS1mRNA的表达水平明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01),也明显低于正常乳腺组织(P<0.01),BRMR1mRNA低表达与临床病理分期和淋巴结转移有关(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01),而与患者年龄、癌肿大小、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织中BRMS1mRNA的低表达与乳腺癌的发展与转移有关,可能成为判断乳腺癌转移的一个标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of BRMS1 mRNA in breast cancer and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Methods: Trizol was used to extract the total RNA of tissue and the mRNA was transcribed into cDNA. The expression of BRMS1 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RFQ-PCR). The ratio of BRMS1 mRNA and GAPDH mRNA was used to detect the expression of BRMS1. Results: The expression of BRMS1 mRNA in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissues (P <0.01) and significantly lower than that in normal breast tissues (P <0.01). The low expression of BRMR1 mRNA was correlated with the clinicopathological stages and lymph node metastasis <0.05, P <0.01), but not with patient’s age, tumor size and pathological type (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of BRMS1 mRNA in breast cancer is related to the development and metastasis of breast cancer, which may be a marker of breast cancer metastasis.
